BSEL was formed in 1985 in response to growing unemployment in the UK. It is a not-for-profit company, limited by guarantee and a registered charity. BSEL helps the unemployed obtain work in a number of ways along with supporting Scouting in the Berkshire area.
BSEL is committed to providing training and qualifications to build CV’s and improve opportunities. We mainly provide NVQ’s and BTEC’s in customer service and management for those in apprenticeships with an employer. More Info
Support Worker Ltd.
Disabilities can limit job opportunities greatly but they can be overcome. Support workers can assist with day to day tasks the client cannot complete alone and would limit their job prospects. By negating the client’s disability through support and assistance, Support Worker Ltd empowers the disabled and improves the range of jobs they can perform. More Info
We believe in preparing young people of all ages for the rigors of adult life. Scouting allows children and young adults to build confidence, learn life skills such as first aid or even computer programming and make friends while experiencing a diverse and active lifestyle. We assist the Scouts both locally and with their international efforts to help further the cause. More Info
