Support Worker Ltd has been helping our clients deal with their disabilities for 3 years now although the Director and staff have been managing support worker contracts in this field for the Department of Works and Pensions since 1999. As a result they have extensive experience in establishing and developing client relationships with disabled individuals.

We focus on helping and supporting clients in the South East of England, enabling them to carry out tasks that would be impossible otherwise. We provide physical support designed to improve quality of life, expand the client’s job opportunities and allow them to fulfil their potential.

These support workers are then partnered up with clients, forming a one to one relationship that enables the client to take up work on an equal basis with other able bodied colleagues.

The support workers are employed and need to be paid; some may be working more than 40 hours per week. In some cases this money will come from the person with the disability or their employer but more likely it will come from the government’s Access to Work scheme. Support Worker Ltd takes care of payment arrangements, National Insurance, employee costs and other administration as well as claiming from Access to Work where this is appropriate. This means that the support workers themselves are not burdened by excessive paperwork and able to focus on helping their clients.
